Individual Therapy
1-1 Therapy Service
We know that everybody experiences ups and downs in mood, this is normal and usually these feelings will pass. However sometimes they can worsen and become more difficult to manage, requiring additional input or support.
Furthermore, they can start to influence our ability to do everyday activities. We offer face to face or remote individual therapy sessions to individuals with experienced psychologists. These can be used to work on specific difficulties, providing a tailor-made approach to managing distress and improving well-being.
This initially involves an assessment of someone’s difficulties with subsequent recommendations for therapy. We work within a range of therapeutic approaches which allows us to support people with different difficulties, such as low mood, anxiety, sleep difficulties, stress and relationship problems.
Furthermore, we can work flexibly, offering weekly or monthly sessions to suit the individual.
